To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  2. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  4. Certain products, such as personal care items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
  • Opened skincare or hair care products
  • Used makeup products

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@nyssa.ae or call us at +9711444351 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the provided label.

 

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

  1. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
  2. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

For damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeline:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
